Leona leaves her apartment in rainy weather and walks to her car. She turns the key but…it won’t start! Perplexed, she tries again and starts pumping..it only sputters and cranks but doesn’t start for over 2 minutes! After lots of pumping and cranking it finally starts and she is off.
